They released the driver of the semi-trailer. The majority of the articles go right into some type of obituary instead of investigative content. This is an outrage. There are political interests being protected with this incident instead of the liability & process of the enforcement of the law. Truth is not being upheld. The driver must be incarcerated, and the RCMP (especially Curtis Zablocki) who released him be detained for investigation.

Drivers have been punished for much less by the law.

If you knew where you came from, why you are here, and where are going after here you would know that the ones whom their life were taken and they were under the age of 41 are in the Heaven having fun, since the age of responsibility is 41. And the Almighty Creator controls life and death, while love ones are suffering here. Therefore, learn the system of your Creator so you would not suffer, and leave this world as a winner.

Before we condemn the truck driver, we should know the facts.
    1. there is a large tree row near the intersection. If and when the truck stops for the stop sign, he cannot see the traffic unless he creeps out onto the road. At this time he makes a decision to stop or continue thru the intersection, judge if he will blocks traffic from both ways, and judge closing speeds of coming traffic.
    2. these trucks move slow, some instructors tell drivers to not shift thru intersections as to possibly 'miss a shift' and get stranded in the intersections. The truck is long, loaded, heavy, and got hit in the rear trailer meaning he was in the intersection for a few seconds.
    3. Happened at 5 oclock. Hockey games start at 7pm. I'm thinking this bus was running late to get the players to the rink, get changed, pre game skate and warm up, etc. There is high probability he was speeding.
    4. Setting sun effects vision.
    5. Saskatchewan roads are notoriously inadequate from signage to quality. There is simply not enough people (voters) to make government spend infrastructure money there.
This horrible accident is a result of several breakdowns. Truly horrific and sad. Prayers to all friends and family.

Clearly the BUS DRIVER wanted to commit suicide, possibly a murder-suicide. There's no skid marks whatsoever on the highway going north and the BUS DRIVER t-boned the trailer. Not the other way around as there is no damage on the front of the semi-truck.

It's possible that the semi truck ran the stop sign but clearly the BUS Driver wanted to die that day.

That truck was flying! Look at the debris field of the trucks' cargo. That's the smoking gun. Debris ended up West-Northwest meaning the truck was moving faster than the bus – that's the law of conservation of momentum. If the truck was pulling away from a stop the fastest he could be going mid-intersection is about 30km/hr in which case the debris would have splashed northwards in the direction the bus was travelling. There is no way that truck stopped at the intersection. The police are telling you it's still under investigation to prevent the East Indian driver from getting lynched. I'm not saying he caused this because he was East Indian but there is a pattern of probability I've seen too often before. In my mind he was told to drive more distance than what is safe in a day by driving too long and too fast or he'll be sent back to India. Saddened and Angry by this senseless tragedy.
