    Great technical stuff but this guy has no personality. Great content, poor presentation. I'd like to hear more description of what and why for each movement, not just him counting reps.

    Seems like the 6 foot sticks are better all around sticks than the 7 foot ones? I'm a little over 5'10 should I get the 6 foot ones? It looks like the guy on the right is around 6 feet.

    Thank you -this is a good intro to more sticks work. In my Pilates mat classes I already use long wooden dowels to do many of the exercises you demonstrate ~ but the Stick you are using are great, and you have many exercise extensions that are new to me. I'm looking forward to doing the Sticks Mobility training.
