Hallo jongens en meisjes, welkom bij een nieuwe video Ik kreeg een heleboel vragen in de comments over hoe je hockeyfit kunt worden Hier zijn 4 oefening waarmee je je hockeyfitness kunt verbeteren De eerste oefening die we gaan doen is een echte basisoefening om je fitness te verbeteren zes keer 23 meter en ik ga je laten zien hoe je dat kan doen Omdat je tijdens een wedstrijd niet de hele keer dezelfde afstanden moet overbruggen We gaan het nu een beetje veranderen We gaan 5 meter rennen en terug, 10 en terug 15 en terug, 10 en weer terug en als laatste weer 5 en terug Deze oefening is vooral goed om je bovenbenen te trainen Zo snel als je kan korte afstanden afleggen je gaat 3 meter, 4 meter, 5 meter, 4 meter en weer 3 meter heen en weer En zo snel als je kan! We gaan nu cardio met kernstabiliteit mixen We gaan op de lijn beginnen Elke keer dat je bij dit vierkant komt moet je een oefening doen Push-ups, squads, of een lunge Ga weer door naar de lijn en kom terug en doe drie oefeningen in totaal Om een goede hockeyspeler te worden is het belangrijk om een goede fitheid te hebben Doe wel een goede warming-up van tevoren Je wilt niet geblesseerd raken namelijk Dankjewel voor het kijken naar deze video Als je de video leuk vond geef dan een duimpie Deel het met je vrienden en bekijk vooral mijn andere video’s!     Excellent video please make more videos on the topic of how to improve fitness for hockey. It's really nice to see an intl. player like you taking out time to share this important info. I am really looking forward to seeing more skills and fitness related video. If you can add on and off-season diet plan that would be great. thanks a lot.

    i have a question if i am tackling some one and if he hit ball straight to me it is a foul or not (if am near then 3 yard)
    Please tell me i am just 15
    And when i tackle some one they just hit the ball toward me so i cant do any thing

    Question: would you do full pitch running at all? Or is running 23 meters a more efficient way of getting fitter quicker? I struggle to be able to play out a whole game because my endurance sucks. My speed is reasonable but being able to hold that speed is the harder part especially when I have younger players to keep up with ๐Ÿ™

    Interesting stuff but wayyyy too long – no benefit to the viewer from watching you running up and down between cones. Could cover this in 2 mins. Very interested in more tips though.

    It looks like heโ€™s running, and from personal experience if you want your fitness to get higher you can turn the run into a sprint (when your ready) and youโ€™ll improve even more. Just donโ€™t overwork yourself!!!
