    I only use Spidel Twist-O-Flex bands. Do you have a video showing how to put the Twist-O-Flex band on?

    Nice video. I was doing exactly the same before watching this video and spent half an hour trying to put band back in place with no luck. I thought this video will reveal some magic trick how to put spring secured.
