Alright the next thing we’re going to talk
about is shooting and there’s a couple of different ways you can shoot. One, I’m going
to talk about is the wrist shot. To do the wrist shot, you basically, it’s all in the
body movement and where you position yourself. You hold the puck back, on your back foot,
as far back as you can, lean on your back foot with your hand half way down the shaft
and then you’re going to pull it slowly and release and point, to where you want to shoot
it. You’re going to end up pushing hard on your front foot and your knees should be bent.
You pull it back and then follow it through, pull it back and follow through. That’s it, that’s all you have to do. With
a lot practice you can do it yourself and have a good hard shot and beat the goalie.
