So we will continue with how to learn the
crossover step by step. We will start with the rollers, then you have to push only with
one leg. For the crossover, it’s also important to be able to glide on one leg, like that.
Now, try to transfer your weight from one leg to the other. After the same exercise but lift off, lift
your leg over the ice. Sort of like that. And now with gliding. If the previous one
is too difficult, you can help yourself by holding your knee with your hand.

    This is a nice series of prep exercises. I can do my crossovers, but I think these exercises will help me get lower in my knees and lean into the circle more. I like them.
