Good morning, I’m Kim Mok-yeon from the news
center with the latest on the PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games. Let me give you a brief rundown of the highlights
so far and what to look out for. It’s been one of the biggest stories of the
2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics,… but the dreams of the joint-Korean women’s ice hockey
team were extinguished on Monday night with another heavy loss… this time against fifth-ranked
Sweden. The team went down (eight-zero) in front of
a crowd of over four-thousand in Gangneung. Having lost their first match against Switzerland
by the same score,… Korea have no chance of making the next round. They will play their final match against ninth-ranked
Japan on Wednesday. Japan were also eliminated on Monday after
losing 3-1 to Switzerland.
