(suspenseful music) (upbeat pop music) – Feast your eyes on our creation. What began life as a standard R1150R is now the Throttle Out
Sport Utility Cycle. Standard motorcycle up front. Here is where the magic happens, here is where we lengthened the machine with the square tubing that we purchased. We’ve got storage, it’s insulated, you can put food in there,
you can put clothes in there. We’ve got extra seating,
including a folding seat. You know, you’ve seen
these in school before, but this one’s a little different. It’s welded in place, still
folds; all very functional, and it continues to be
functional in the back, way back there. – Two extra gallons of
gas for enhanced range. Kickstand and center stand still work. – They still work. – As long as the ground is flat. And you’ve got a ‘holy
heck’ handle right here to hold onto in seat number four. It is as magnificent as it is long. And, we know that it runs, we knows that it rolls. What we don’t know is
what happens after that. – Yeah, we don’t know if
it’s going to break in half when you put bodies on it. We don’t know what it’s like to ride. – [Zack] We don’t. (motorcycle engine revs) – You know what you need to do though is, you need to put in gear for me. – Uh, use the code that we came up with, you know how to do this. – Bridge to engine room, first gear please. – Engine room, first gear. There we go, I think. There we go. – Oh, here we go. (men laughing) Oh my god, oh my god. Oh I got no rear break,
you got the break too. Yeah, so far so good. As
long as you go straight. Oh my gosh, it feels so
weird to turn, oh my gosh. It just feels like, You can feel the back end
– Oh stay out of the puddles, – [Zack] Stay out of the puddles. – You can feel the back
end is out of alignment, but it’s, it’s amazingly conventional from my perspective forward. – [Zack] Yeah? – [Ari] Like the riding
position feels totally normal. – [Zack] Well it is
shockingly unconventional from my perspective, – [Ari] Oh my gosh. – but honestly pretty comfortable. – Steering is ridiculous, Zack. I’m just going up across this groove because I want to feel what it’s like. – Yeah that’s fair. Turning, turning. – [Zack and Ari] Oh my gosh! (laughing) – [Ari] Oh boy. – [Zack] Oh (bleep!) – [Ari] I’m going to go left again. – [Zack] Going left again? Okay. – This is terrifying. I mean I’m sure we’ll get used to it. – [Zack] Yep, yep. – [Ari] Heated grips, they’re working. – [Zack] They’re working? You kidding me? – [Ari] They’re working, yep. – [Zack] That’s awesome. – [Ari] Luxury, man, we’re on a BMW. Oh gosh. Alright, this’ll be a
little bit of a test for us. – [Zack] Okay, okay, yep. (motorcycle engine drowns out dialogue) – [Zack] Oh geez, oh geez. – [Ari] Ahh, oh my gosh! Oh, stalled it. (men laughing, engine dies) This is going to take some practice. You want to give it a go? – I do, I’m going to deploy the kickstand. – [Ari] Okay. – Engine room to bridge,
kickstand deployed. – There’s got to be a lot
of communication on the SUC because we’re divvying up
a lot of responsibilities on account of the length. (motorcycle engine starts) (nervous laughter) – [Ari] I’m never a big
fan of riding passenger and this is especially weird. Oh my gosh, oh my gosh. – [Zack] Whoa! Oh the steering is super weird. – [Ari] You’re so far away. – [Zack] Okay, uh, turning left. – [Ari] That’s so weird. Hello. – [Zack] Going left again. – [Ari] Could’ve offered
that nice lady a ride. – [Zack] (laughing) We have room! – [Ari] We got room to spare. – [Zack] Oh my gosh. (nervous chittering) – [Ari] Yeah! Well done. – [Zack] Oh, man. Neutral, please. – I don’t know where it is. There we go. – Neutral selected. (engine revs) – [Ari] Side stand, (Zack laughs) Side stand deployed. – [Zack] Side stand deployed. – Maiden voyage of the SUC. – Okay, so now we need to test capacity, which means, we need crew. – [Ari] Yeah, video crew. – Not smart enough to get far enough away. – You too camera guy! We’re going to have to
set that camera down, you need to climb on. – You’re getting on, you’re getting on. You’re coming with us. – [Ari] We’re about to
sack out the suspension. – [Zack] We are. – [Ari] This is the true test, we’re trying to see if the
chassis’s going to break here. – If you guys hear what
sounds like metal tearing, and of chassis breaking in half, that’s probably what’s happening. – [Ari] Tuck and roll, real real low. You ready for first gear? – [Zack] First gear, please. And, we’re off. Oh my gosh. (nervous laughter) – [Ari] Oh, boy. Alright! – [Zack] Alright guys. We’re doing it.
– Oh my goodness I’m not going to lie this
is pretty terrifying, cause all I see is, all I see is a line of bowling ball helmets. (Zack laughs) How does it feel? – Extremely heavy. – [Ari] The turn at the end of
the alley is going to be fun. – [Zack] A little bit
of rear break, please. – [Ari] There you go, rear break. – [Zack] Yes, very good. Yes! – [Ari] Okay, we’re good, we’re good. Okay. – [Zack] You know, it’s about
as heavy as a Harley, Ari. (triumphant laughter) – [Ari] It probably weighs pretty similar. – [Zack] Okay, turning left again. – [Ari] Got it. – [Zack] And, ready for second gear. Now. – [Ari] Nicely done. – [Zack] Yeah! – [Ari] I mean it’s a smooth roller. – Alright! We’re doing it guys. (cheering) SUC! Okay, turning into alley. – [Ari] Alright, man this is a good test. – [Zack] Oh boy. (group groaning) – [Ari] Nice! – [Zack] Neutral, please. – [Ari] Somewhere down
there, there you go, neutral. – [Zack] Yeah, got it? Okay. – Side stand is going to get deployed. You guys want to climb off? Thank you for volunteering. – [Zack] Yes. – Risking life and limb to
test this theory of ours. – Slash, you’re welcome
for being part of history. – It didn’t break in half. That was honestly a big concern of mine. – It did bottom out. – It’s an old vehicle, you
know, it’s sagging a little bit. – We just rode around the
neighborhood on a motorcycle, and carried five people. I mean, that’s pretty good! – That’s awesome, it works! – It’s probably never been done
before with an R115O anyway. – And now we know it works, and of course, we were supposed to have left
on our adventure this morning, but, you know, time gets away from you. The motorcycle did need to
get finished and assembled. So I guess we’ll get a good nights rest and hit it early in the
morning, and go off on the SUC. And the cool thing is,
it’s going to be adventure, even if we don’t go very far. – To the mountains!

RETARDED! Absolutely design fail!! As a man I would only ride if I had a beautiful woman on the front (so I could stare at that butt) but then I would have to trust a woman driving…. impossible.!

I was just going to say in India they carry their whole family on a motorcycle and sometimes the neighbors as well in rush hour traffic and they do zero modifications and they don't even wear a helmet. It's a wonder how the population is so hi in India. One bad motorcycle accident could take out a whole neighborhood…
