Excellent set of tips. This is a must share for all coaches and parents involved in youth sports.

These tips are great, but I find them hard to apply them to 5 and 6 years old tackle football players.  Based on having to teach them controlled aggression.  If there not tackling right, thy can hurt themselves so praising them when there form is wrong doesn't really work.  Also, a lot of the tackling drills are one on one, In other words someone has to win!  The kids who do well in football are those who do well under pressure.  But the others will need there confidence built up. This sometimes work by putting them up against a weaker kid!!  LOL!  Football is a tough sport to coach at the 5,6 year age.  But I love it!
